O’Hala Sanitation provides full-service house cleanouts. Whether you have unwanted junk in your garage, basement, attic, crawl space, or shed, we have you covered. We work with homeowners, realtors, property management companies, banks with foreclosures, and more to remove your junk in a timely manner.
Before we arrive, we ask you go through any items you may want to keep and set aside the junk in a separate pile. If you’ve done this already, simply show our junk experts the items and will take care of the rest – even the sweeping and cleaning up. Our junk experts do all the labor while you relax. We use 12 cubic yard dump trailers. Call for current prices.
Each clean out includes 1 ton of weight included with your clean up, additional weight exceeding 1 ton(2000lbs) will be billed at $170.00 per ton. Mattresses are $50.00 each and tires are $20.00 each.
Items that are not accepted: hazardous waste of any sort, paint, oils, stains, asbestos, etc.
One hour is included in our service; in the event you’re not ready and your cleanup exceeds 1 hour a rate of $145.00 per hour will be charged.
